Cullen.jpgJohn has qualifications and experience with helpdesk support, including troubleshooting computer software, hardware, and other services and will be a tremendous asset to our team and our clients.

John assists clients at Focus Technology. with configuration, management and hardware and software troubleshooting services. John has been at Focus. since September of 2015 assisting clients.

Prior to joining Focus John worked at Connected Living, a social networking and technology company for seniors where he helped manage the helpdesk - Assisting in remote support for users dealing with a wide range of hardware. John also assisted in the creation of digital display signs using four winds interactive software that integrated into the connected living network.

John is currently finishing his degree in computer science and networking at Quincy College.

John's hobbies and interests include: camping, hiking, attending concerts, PC gaming and keeping up-to-date on e-sports teams, events and news.
