With over 15 years of experience in the Information Technology and services industry. Tim focuses his management and technical expertise on NSK Inc. He is an expert in many technology fields including Microsoft Small Business solutions, data storage and virtualization, backup and disaster recovery solutions as well as communication systems and videoconferencing. Tim has an unmatched passion for breaking new ground in these areas and adapting enterprise technologies to the small business. Tim joined NSK Inc in 2001 as an associate. He took the role of Partner in 2006 and then as President in 2008 to assist in growing NSK Inc. Tim is responsible for managing the operations of NSK Inc. His duties include managing all of the NSK staff and working with customers to design, manage and implement IT-related projects. Under his direction NSK has continued to be a leading IT service provider in the metro Boston area. Tim is also an active member of the North Shore Technology council. Tim has a BS from the University of Massachusetts.

WannaCry Malware Attack 2017

WannaCry update from NSK

                WannaCry is far and away the most severe malware attack so far in 2017, and the spread of this troubling ransomware is far from over. This unprecedented malware attack began sweeping the globe late last week, and security researchers estimated that nearly 57,000 computers in more than 150 countries were infected by the end of the day on Friday. While the spread of this terrifying ransomware was slowed on Saturday, it was hardly stopped. As of Monday morning, more than 200,000 systems around the world are believed to have been infected.
