As a company that is dedicated to supporting our client's technology needs, obviously cyber security is a big part of this support.  In an interview with Ahmed Fadili, Vice President of IT Managed Services, Ahmed discusses what NSK does for our clients to keep them safe, cyber security wise.

Question:  Do clients come to us regarding their security, or are we the ones that are bringing it to the forefront of their business? 

HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliance is complex, very critical issue for many businesses that we manage. For many of these businesses who outsource their IT management needs to NSK Inc, the obligation for ensuring HIPAA compliance falls on their IT managed services providers, like NSK Inc. Our clients in the healthcare industry continuously pepper us with lots of questions and concerns around staying HIPAA compliant and avoiding the costly consequences of a HIPAA violation.

One of the things that NSK Inc. is most proud of are its employees. As with any field, it takes a certain type of person to handle the kind of work that we do. The IT field not only requires an immense amount of patients, a logical mind, and a good level of social skills for customer service, but also the ability to act completely in the moment based on very limited information.
